The bread made this time is made with spinach juice and noodles. After baking, the bread is light green and looks like matcha. If you can make bread, you can add whatever ingredients you want. There are absolutely no preservatives in it, so you can eat it with confidence.

Braided Bread with Spinach Sauce

1. Blanching spinach to remove oxalic acid

2. After cooling, use a food processor to make a paste

3. Pour into the bread bucket, add corn oil, salt, sugar (salt and sugar are placed on the opposite corners)

4. Weigh the flour, put the yeast powder on top

5. Turn on the bread maker and dough program

6. Repeat the kneading procedure and form the spinach dough
