Braided Fish with Tofu

The braided fish is scaled off, and the internal organs (the liver is reserved and stewed with the fish) are washed.

Angle the knife under both sides of the fish.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger
4.
Cut the tofu into one-centimeter wide slices.
5.
Add oil to the hot pan and fry the braided fish on both sides.
6.
Add soy sauce, Meijixian, green onion, ginger, vinegar, sugar, and water, stir well and bring to a boil.
7.
Put the tofu in a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
8.
Then simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
