Braised Braided Fish in Sauce

1. Remove the scales, viscera, and wash the braided fish.

2. Cut the fish with an oblique knife on both sides, add a little cooking wine to the plate and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Put the bean paste in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of water, and mix thoroughly.

4. Add oil to the hot pan and fry the fish first.

5. Then add the mixed bean paste, vinegar, green onion, ginger, garlic, five-spice powder, and bring to a boil.

6. Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, add Maggi fresh seasoning before serving.
