Braised Fish with Garlic

Two fresh braided fish, remove the scales, gills and internal organs, and clean them.

Cut the braided fish into small pieces.

Heat up the wok, add oil, add garlic, dried chili and pepper and stir fry.

When the garlic aroma is obtained, add the braided fish and stir fry a few times.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, water, vinegar, salt, and sugar in turn, bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat.
