Braised Argentine Red Shrimp

Argentine red shrimp beard and shrimp removal line is cleaned.

Heat the oil and add the prawns, stir-fry and then add the onion, ginger, garlic, and fry until the aroma is released. Add in oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry and add half a bowl of water.

After simmering for three to five minutes, put in an appropriate amount of salt, harvest the juice over high heat, and serve!
