Braised Argentine Red Shrimp in Oil

Shred the green onion and ginger, cut the red prawns, remove the prawns and prawn guns, open the back to remove the prawns and wash them.

Pour the shrimp oil into the pot, add the red shrimp and fry until the color on both sides changes. Gently tap the shrimp head to force out the shrimp oil.

Tips:
Shrimp oil can make the dishes more delicious. The prawn oil can be preserved by filtering and keeping the raw prawn heads and shells left over when eating prawns. It can also be used as other dishes. Argentine red prawns are generally larger and will be more delicious if you need to open the back. Ordinary vegetable oil can be used without shrimp oil, but the taste will not be so strong.
