Tips:
1. Because bacon is relatively salty, the first pot of water must be poured out and replaced with another pot of boiling water to reduce the saltiness;
2. Put the soy sauce in the back for coloring, don't put too much, so as not to be too salty;
3. The homemade spicy bean paste is added because the family especially likes the taste. If there is none, you can skip it.
