Braised Bamboo Shoots in Oil

After washing the bamboo shoots, remove the old part of the roots, cut them in half, soak them in clean water for a while, and then wash them.

Pour clean water into a boiling pot and bring to a boil, put the bamboo shoots in the boiling water, boil again, and cook for another half a minute

After blanching the bamboo shoots, rinse with water and set aside
