After blanching the fresh bamboo shoots in spring, they are braised with the strong bacon. The refreshing bamboo shoots are also very tasty, and they are super delicious;

Braised Bamboo Shoots with Bacon

1. Fresh bamboo shoots are peeled and cut into thick slices, bacon slices

2. Put water in the pot, add spring bamboo shoots after the water is boiled and cook for 10-15 minutes

3. Soak the boiled spring bamboo shoots in cold water

4. Without oil in the wok, add the bacon and stir fry until the oil comes out

5. Add the soaked bamboo shoots and stir fry

6. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, stir-fry evenly, during the process, add proper amount of water along the side of the pot

7. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes to start the pot

Tips:

The recipe that slipped through the net was found in the draft box; the bacon itself is salty, so you don’t need to add salt
