Braised Bamboo Shoots with Bacon

Fresh bamboo shoots are peeled and cut into thick slices, bacon slices

Put water in the pot, add spring bamboo shoots after the water is boiled and cook for 10-15 minutes

Soak the boiled spring bamboo shoots in cold water
