Braised Bean Curd with Mushrooms

Dried tofu cut 1cm wide and set aside

Wash the mushrooms and tear them into pieces

Fry the meat in a cold pan with hot oil, and fry the dried tofu. Fry the mushrooms for two minutes, pour in the right amount of water and a small amount of salt, and simmer for ten minutes (stir in the middle to avoid sticking to the pan). Finally, add soy sauce and thirteen-flavor seasoning and stir-fry until the sauce is removed.
