Braised Beans

Strip the beans, wash, chop minced garlic, sliced ginger, green onion and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add sliced ginger, pour in beans, fry for a minute, add minced garlic, pour in a pinch of fresh soy sauce, a pinch of light soy sauce, and fry for a while.

Put 4 scoops of Lao Gan Ma and stir fry, add water to the beans
