Braised Beef

Cut beef into pieces, blanch in a pan under cold water, and wash with warm water

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger until fragrant

Add beef and stir fry

Add fennel and stir fry to create a fragrance

Add cooking wine

Add soy sauce

Stir in the dark soy sauce

Transfer to a casserole, add water to submerge the ingredients, add rock sugar and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes

Onion, carrot, potato cut into pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add vegetables and stir-fry until the potatoes are slightly yellow

Put the fried vegetables in a casserole and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Tips:
The beef should be blanched in a pot under cold water, and the blanched water should be washed with warm water.
