Braised Beef

1. Cut beef into pieces, blanch in a pan under cold water, and wash with warm water

2. Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger until fragrant

3. Add beef and stir fry

4. Add fennel and stir fry to create a fragrance

5. Add cooking wine

6. Add soy sauce

7. Stir in the dark soy sauce

8. Transfer to a casserole, add water to submerge the ingredients, add rock sugar and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes

9. Onion, carrot, potato cut into pieces

10. Heat oil in a pan, add vegetables and stir-fry until the potatoes are slightly yellow

11. Put the fried vegetables in a casserole and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Tips:

The beef should be blanched in a pot under cold water, and the blanched water should be washed with warm water.
