Braised Beef

Cut the sirloin into large pieces.

Pour clean water into the pot, pour the sirloin chunks, boil and blanch water.

Remove the sirloin that has been blanched.

Cut ginger into large slices, wash the star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit, and bay leaves.

Pour oil in the wok, add ginger slices and red pepper to fragrant when the oil is hot.

Add diced peppercorns, dig into the bean paste, and stir-fry the red oil on low heat.

Pour the sirloin and stir-fry evenly over low heat.

Pour in boiling water, preferably without beef.

Add star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit and bay leaves.

After boiling, pour the sirloin and soup into the Supor pressure cooker.

After the pressure cooker is steamed, press for 8 minutes and turn off the heat.

Wash the radish and cut into cubes.

After the pressure of the Supor pressure cooker is released, open the lid and pour the diced radish.
