Braised Beef

Add ginger slices and cooking wine and blanch the beef;

Add rock sugar, white pepper, dark soy, green onion, ginger, dried chili, pepper, bay leaf, star anise, grass fruit, cinnamon and sana to the broth and simmer into brine;

Add blanched beef to the brine and cook for 3 hours;
4.
Marinated beef slices, sprinkle with chili powder and white sesame seeds.
Tips:
1. The rice cooker can be simmered on a low fire all the time, so it is a good choice to use the rice cooker during the 3 hours of braising beef.
