Braised Beef

Soak the beef for half a day, change the water several times, (soak in bleeding water) at least 2 hours!

Prepare all the ingredients! Chop finely and set aside!

Rinse the beef! Cut into small square lumps!

Put the beef in a dry pot and stir fry to get the water out (here Feifei makes beef out of water, the method may be different, you can use cold water until the beef is boiled out)

Go into the sieve, rinse, and drain!

Add oil, ginger, garlic, Chinese pepper, dried chili, and stir-fry evenly

Add homemade bean paste and Pixian bean paste! Stir fry evenly

Add soaked ginger and soaked chili and stir fry

Tips:
1⃣️Feifei's family likes chili, if you don't like it, don't put chili! Do the same!
2⃣️When cooking beef, you can add hawthorn or tomatoes, the beef cooked in this way is crispy and fragrant😍
3⃣️There are people in Feifei’s family who don’t like rock candy. If you like it at home, you can add some rock candy during the stewing time!
