Braised Beef

Wash the whole beef and put it in a pot for blanching.

Wash beef and cut into chunks, and cut potatoes and carrots into hob pieces.

Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the rock sugar with a low fire.

Add beef, star anise, dried chili, pepper, ginger slices and stir-fry evenly.

Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir fry until they are colored.

Add water equal to the beef (too much). The fire boiled.

Turn the pressure cooker to add tea leaves, bring to a boil on high heat and press for 20 minutes on low heat.

Put potatoes and carrots and press for 10 minutes.
9.
Put the salt, collect the juice over high heat, and it will be out of the pot.
