Braised Beef Bone in Soy Sauce

Add two slices of ginger and four spoons of cooking wine to a pot of beef bones under cold water. After the water is boiled, cook for five minutes, skim off the foam and remove

Pour two tablespoons of soybean oil in a hot pan, put a few crystal sugars to boil on a low heat, and fry them on both sides of the beef bones. It will not take too long. Then add cooking wine, green onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, star anise, dried pepper and peppercorns. Spoon of soy sauce, two spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of fuel, put in boiling water and wipe the beef bones, add thirteen incense, hot sauce and bean paste, cover and simmer for one hour

The cast iron pot I use, the ordinary iron pot, the time should be extended appropriately. When it is almost cooked, you can add a little salt according to your taste, because the hot sauce and bean paste have already been added
