Braised Beef Bones

Soak the beef bones in clean water for two hours. After soaking in the bleeding water, put them into cold water in a pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine to boil, continue to cook for five minutes, remove and rinse for later use. Cut the onion and carrot into pieces.

Heat oil from the pan, add half of the onion cubes and a small bunch of green onions, fry on low heat and slightly char, add half-cooked beef bones and stir fry. After frying, add salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and the other half of onion cubes. Carrots, cinnamon, star anise, dried chili, dried tangerine peel, fennel and Angelica dahurica. Add water to level with the bones of the beef, put it in a pressure cooker and press for 45 minutes. Boil the pot and continue to cook for 15 minutes to collect the soup.

Start the pot and eat itπ you can sprinkle some green onion coriander but I don't like itπ.

Friends who like coriander and chili can add more π.
