Braised Beef Brisket with Radish

Prepare the sirloin.

Peel the radish and cut into large pieces.
3.
The whole sirloin is blanched and set aside.
4.
Put the blanched whole beef brisket and radish into the pot, add water.
5.
Add seasonings and spices to a boil, simmer for an hour.
6.
Scoop up the sirloin.
7.
Cut into appropriate size.
8.
Re-enter the pot and simmer for another half an hour.
