Braised Beef Brisket with White Radish

1. Wash the sirloin and soak it in bleeding water.

2. Blanch the sirloin.

3. Cut the sirloin into larger pieces.

4. Put the sirloin in a casserole, add star anise, sliced ginger, oyster sauce and soy sauce.

5. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat.

6. After boiling, turn to medium heat for about 40 minutes.

7. Peel and wash the white radish and cut into pieces with a hob.

8. The sirloin has been boiled until it can be easily inserted with chopsticks and then add the white radish. Cover the lid and boil it for about 15 minutes. You can try the saltiness before it comes out of the pot. My one is just right without salt.

9. Finished product.
