Braised Beef Flavor Noodles

Pick and wash the lettuce, cut into small pieces, chop green onion, beef and carrot into small cubes, soak dried mushrooms, and cut into small cubes for later use

Pour oil in the pot, add green onions and sauté

Add diced carrots and diced mushrooms

Put beef sauce

Add beef cubes

Put flour in the noodle bowl and add a little salt. Salt is only used in the noodles to make the noodles more vigorous. Don't add salt when frying the sauce, because the beef sauce itself is salty and spicy.

Add water, mix into dough, proof for 20 minutes

Spread a layer of flour on the chopping board and put the awake dough on

Roll into a 1cm thick dough sheet

Cut into slightly thinner noodles

Make water in the pot, add the noodles after the water is boiled

Add lettuce and blanch it, and the noodles will float up.

Pour the braised beef flavor sauce made by yourself

The noodles are delicious only if you mix them up
Tips:
The beef sauce itself is salty and spicy, so don't put salt in it. (I add salt to the flour to make the noodles stronger.)
