Braised Beef Noodles

Take the beef shank out of the refrigerator and thaw it naturally;

Wash the beef and cut it into large pieces. Don't cut it into smaller pieces, because the beef will shrink a lot after being stewed. Soak the cut beef cubes in clean water for at least two hours, during which time the clean water should be constantly changed until the blood in the beef is soaked out;
