I bought 2 bags of beef ribs online, and made braised beef ribs at noon on Saturday. This 500g amount is so small after being cooked, I ate it all in one meal!

Braised Beef Ribs

1. Blisters bleeding after thawing beef ribs

2. Put the beef ribs into the pot and add ginger slices to make water

3. After boiling the color change, take it out to wash away the blood foam

4. Prepare a material package: star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, grass fruit

5. Discharge the beef ribs that is over water into the electric pressure cooker, add some cooking wine, and add to the bag

6. Press an electric pressure cooker for 25 minutes

7. Pour the pressed beef ribs and the soup back into the wok

8. Add some light soy sauce after boiling

9. Add some soy sauce

10. Add some rock candy

11. Add some salt to taste

12. Pour the sesame oil when the juice is dry

Tips:

I'm lazy, so first press the beef ribs in an electric pressure cooker for 25 minutes. If you use the pan, the cooking time will be longer.
