Braised Beef Tendon with Green Garlic

1. Prepare ingredients and seasonings

2. Beef tendon blanched in the pot

3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté

4. Pour the beef tendon and stir fry until fragrant, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, stir fry evenly

5. Pour in water to cover the beef tendon, then turn to low heat and simmer for one hour

6. Pour in red pepper and garlic sprouts, stir fry evenly

7. Add salt, stir-fry the sugar evenly, wait until the soup has thickened before being out of the pot
