Braised Beef with King Pleurotus Mushroom

This time the beef is beef belly strips, soaked in bleeding water.

Add appropriate amount of water, beef ginger, green onion knot, and cooking wine to the pot and blanch it.

After discoloration, remove and drain the water and cut into small pieces.

Prepare the side dishes. Cut tomatoes, green peppers and pleurotus eryngii into small pieces.

Add a little oil to the pot and stir the eryngii mushrooms until the edges are golden brown.

Add the blanched beef and stir fry.

Add some cooking wine.

Add half of the tomato cubes and stir well.

Add in soy sauce, shacha sauce, soy sauce and stir-fry well.

Add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar to boil.

To save time, I use an electric pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

When the time is up, pour the beef back into the wok to collect the juice and season with some salt.

Finally, put the other half of the tomato and green pepper into the pan and stir well.

Tips:
