Braised Big Bone Bone

Please ask the merchant to chop it up from the middle, take it home and soak it in water for about 2 hours~ it will take at least half an hour.

Put 2 ginger slices and 2 spoons of cooking wine in a pot under cold water to help remove the fishy ~ After the water is boiled, remove the floating foam, take out the bones, and set aside the soup.

Put the right amount of cooking oil in the pot, add 10 pieces of rock sugar to the cold oil, and control the amount of rock sugar according to the amount of bones.

After the sugar color is fried, add the bones and coat the sugar color evenly, then add ginger slices, star anise, and cinnamon and stir fry for a fragrance

Add about two spoons each of seafood soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine, and stir-fry the bones to make the bones evenly colored

Pour in the bone broth left over from the blanching water. If you don’t leave it, you can use water to simmer for about 2 hours~

If you like spicy food, you can add a few dried chilies. If you like a heavy color, you can drop a little dark soy sauce. The color will become darker after the soup is collected normally.
