Braised Bitter Melon with Tempeh Ribs

Clean the chopped ribs before soaking in bleeding water.

Cut the bitter gourd in half, peel it, and cut into large pieces for later use.

Chop the bean drum and garlic and set aside.

Sauté garlic and bean drum with oil in a hot pan.

Pour the ribs and stir fry.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and water.
7.
Turn to medium-low heat and simmer ribs for 30 minutes.

Add the bitter melon and ribs and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Finished product.

This is the finished bitter gourd after being put in the pot and simmered in water for 30 minutes.
