Braised Cabbage with Herring

1. Wash the herring and cut into two pieces. Add cooking wine

2. Put the salt (salt into the belly of the fish so that the skin will not break easily)

3. Add the chopped green onion and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes (also in the belly of the fish)

4. Use kitchen paper towels to wipe off the water from the fish body, put oil in the pot to heat, and fry the fish until both sides are set.

5. Put in soy sauce

6. Put in vinegar

7. Put in half a spoon of soy sauce

8. Put in salt

9. Add water and simmer until there is at least half of the soup.

10. Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces.

11. Slice garlic.

12. Put shrimp skin in the fish pot

13. Add the cabbage and simmer until the cabbage is soft and rotten.

14. Just add garlic slices.

15. Serve out the plate.
