Braised Cake Shreds

Shred the pancakes, or buy shredded pancakes from the supermarket.

Pour the oil in the wok to heat, add the egg mixture and stir-fry, add the green onion and garlic and fry until fragrant, add salt, shredded lettuce, and stir fry.

Put the cake shreds.
4.
Pour a little water along the side of the pot and cover it.
5.
Simmer until the water in the pan is dry and the cake shreds are soft, then turn off the heat.
6.
The cake shreds are soft and easy to digest.
Tips:
When braising, do not add too much water, just pour some along the side of the pot.
