Cabbage Fried Pancakes

Wash the cabbage and cut into filaments

Cake shattered

Chopped green onions

Mince garlic

Take half of the minced garlic, add rice vinegar and sesame oil, mix well and set aside

Add oil to the pot and fry the aniseed ingredients over a low fire to get the fragrance and remove it.

Add green onions and minced garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance

Pour in shredded cabbage and stir fry evenly

Cook in rice vinegar and stir well

Add soy sauce and stir well

Add an appropriate amount of salt and fry until slightly beaten

Shake the cake shreds and cover it on the cabbage shreds, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

After 2 minutes, use chopsticks to pick up the shredded cakes and vegetables and mix well

Pour a bowl of juice along the side of the pot

Mix well and serve
Tips:
1. Add vinegar in two batches, the first addition can make the cabbage crispy, and the second addition will improve the flavor.
2. Don't stir-fry the cabbage for too long, otherwise it will become soft and unpalatable.
3. There are oil and salt in the cake shreds, so reduce the amount of oil and salt when frying the cake.
