Braised Carp in Soy Sauce

Remove the gills and internal organs of the carp, rinse, and make a few strokes on both sides

Wash ginger and garlic and cut into pieces, wash and cut tomatoes

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, rub a little flour on the surface of the fish and fry it in the oil pan

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant

Saute garlic and ginger

Add tomatoes and cooking wine and stir fry

Add the fried fish and some water to simmer

Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. If you like spicy food, add more bean paste. If the bean paste is very salty, you don't need to add salt.
2. Put a tomato to taste more delicious.
