Braised Carp with Pickled Peppers

Wash the scallions and cut into sections, slice ginger and garlic, pickled peppers and ginger, diced for later use

The crucian carp is slaughtered and treated cleanly, adding cooking wine and salt soaking to remove the fishy smell.

Put the oil in the pot, add the pickled peppers and ginger to stir fry until fragrant.

Add red 99 boiled fish seasoning and stir fry until fragrant.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and bring to a boil.

Put the crucian carp in a pot, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
7.
Finally, add the green onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Tips:
Crucian carp must be marinated with cooking wine to reduce the fishy smell
