Braised Chiba Tofu

Wash the Chiba tofu and cut into small pieces.

Cut the other ingredients and set aside.
3.
Put oil in the pan, add pork belly and stir fry to get the oil.

Add Chiba tofu and fry until it is a little puffy.
5.
Add green and red peppers and garlic and saute until fragrant.
6.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water.

Add a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma and stir well.
8.
Season with appropriate amount of salt.
9.
Finally, add pepper and stir-fry, and wait until the soup is dry before serving.
