Braised Chicken

Cut off the chicken legs, wings and breasts, marinate them in ginger and soy sauce.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the chicken on one side until golden.

Fry on one side until golden and turn over and fry the other side.

Pour the soy sauce of the marinated meat after both sides are fried.

Then add a little water, star anise and a little oyster sauce, turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then turn off the sauce and turn off the heat.
6.
Remove the meat and cut into small pieces to serve on a plate.

Top with sauce at the end.
