Braised Chicken Drumstick Noodles

Put the chicken drumsticks into a pot with cold water, add star anise, 3 slices of ginger and pepper, boil and remove from heat.

Add cold oil to rock sugar and stir until caramel color. Add chicken drumsticks and fry on low heat for 3 minutes on each side. Add green onion, 3 slices of ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water, cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, add salt and cook for another 15 minutes, leave some soup and turn off the heat

Boil water in a pot, boil the water, add the noodles and cook until there are no white cores. Remove and cool. Stir in chicken broth and eat with chicken legs. If you like spicy food, add some spicy sauce to taste better
