Braised Chicken Drumsticks with Ginger and Green Onion

After preparing the ingredients, I chose chicken thighs and chicken wings to make this dish. The remaining chicken is paired with pork belly to make a pot of soup. There are two ways to eat one chicken. There are soups and dishes.

Cut the chicken legs and wings into small pieces, add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, and shacha sauce and stir evenly. Set aside to marinate for 20 minutes. Clean the ginger and shallots, slice the ginger, pat the shallots with the back of a knife a few times, which is easy to cook and taste;

Heat the pan, pour edible oil, and fry the ginger slices and shallots until the skin is browned and the aroma is exuded;

Then pour in the marinated chicken and stir fry on high heat until the chicken is crunched and the skin is browned;

Pour in a bowl of boiling water, mix well, cover the pot, cook until the soup is dry, about 8 minutes;

Finally, add in oyster sauce, chicken powder, sprinkle with chopped chili, stir fry evenly, and then shovel and serve.

The chicken thigh cooked with skin is more tender and smooth, and the oyster sauce is added before the final pot so that it will not stick to the pot.
