Braised Chicken Feet

Wash eight chicken feet, put 5g star anise, 5g Chinese pepper, 3g bay leaf, 5g hawthorn, 3g angelica, 3g cinnamon in a bowl

Boil the water in the pot, add the chicken feet, add 20g of ginger slices and 10ml of cooking wine, boil the froth and remove it and wash it.
