Braised Chicken Feet
1.
Cut off the nails of the chicken paws, put two slices of ginger in cold water, boil for two minutes, remove it, and dry the water.
2.
Prepare the onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper aniseed. I didn’t add chili at first, because the baby was too young and was afraid of spicy food, but later I was afraid of the fishy smell, so I added another one
3.
Put a little more oil in the pot, then add the auxiliary ingredients, and then add the chicken feet after sautéing. If you put less oil, it will stick to the pan
4.
Stir-fry for two minutes and then add water, just after the chicken feet are gone, then add the dark soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and sauce. Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer slowly
5.
It will be out of the pot in half an hour. If you like the flavor, you can soak it in the soup again.
