Braised Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet, chop off the toes, and then cut the chicken feet into two.

Put water in the pot and let the chicken feet be blanched for two minutes. Fish out too cold.

Put oil in the wok, add the aniseed, scallion, ginger, and bay leaves to stir fragrant.

Pour the chicken feet and stir fry for a while.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, cooking wine, stir fry for fragrant color.

Add hot water, the amount of water is less than the chicken feet, simmer over low heat. Add salt after 15 minutes.

Simmer for about half an hour and collect the juice over high heat.
