Braised Chicken Feet

Prepare chicken feet and wings

Brine take out to thaw

Make two diagonal cuts on the inside of the chicken wings, add salt and marinate for half an hour

Prepare dried chili, peppercorns, spices (sana, star anise, bay leaf, cumin, grass fruit), wash the ginger and pat it open with a knife, and wash the green onion

Bring the brine to a boil with a little water, add the spices

Pour in the marinated chicken wings, add green onion knots and ginger cubes

Cook for about 8 minutes
