Braised Chicken Feet with Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: chicken feet (washed and blanched), bamboo shoots (washed and cut into sections), cinnamon, aniseed

Place the blanched chicken feet on the chopping board and chop open.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the chopped chicken feet and the sliced bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, put the cinnamon and aniseed, add some water.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.
8.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Season to bring to a boil.

Then, cook until the soup is almost ready, and serve.
