I haven't had a beer for a long time. The weather started to heat up, thinking about this beer that I love and hate, so I made some chicken feet with beer.

Braised Chicken Feet with Pleurotus Eryngii

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Boil the chicken feet for about 10 minutes to pick up.

3. Remove the nails.

4. Chop small pieces again.

5. Cut pleurotus eryngii into small pieces.

6. In the frying pan, saute the chicken feet until fragrant.

7. Then add the eryngii mushrooms and stir-fry with the right amount of water.

8. Pour the seasonings (soybean paste, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, salt, oyster sauce, brine), cover the pot with a small heat, and marinate until cooked.

Tips:

If you like the chicken feet to be softer, just cook the second step longer.
