Braised Chicken Feet with Pleurotus Eryngii

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the chicken feet for about 10 minutes to pick up.

Remove the nails.

Chop small pieces again.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into small pieces.

In the frying pan, saute the chicken feet until fragrant.

Then add the eryngii mushrooms and stir-fry with the right amount of water.
