Braised Chicken Feet with Soy Beans

To process the soybeans, put the soybeans in the rice cooker and cook for 45 minutes. You can make an appointment before going to bed. In the morning, take part of the ground soybean milk, and the rest can be used for cooking.

Prepare chicken feet in a pot under cold water, add 1 spoon of rice wine, boil and remove, rinse off the foam, and then remove the chicken feet nails;

Prepare garlic, ginger, chives, dried peppers, star anise, other flavors of ingredients can also be selected according to personal preference;

Add a small amount of edible oil to the pot and sauté ginger, shallots, garlic, dried peppers and star anise until fragrant;

Add soy beans, chicken feet, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of rice wine and stir-fry well, then add the soup of soy beans and a small amount of salt;

After boiling, you can turn it into a casserole and slowly cook until the soybeans are soft and rotten, or in a wok, turn to a medium-low heat after boiling, and cook for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. Soybeans can be boiled in advance, which saves time in later stage; 2. Frozen chicken feet need to be thawed and blanched in the pot. When blanching, cold water is needed to put it in the pot, which is better to remove the fishy.
