Braised Chicken Nuggets

Cut the whole chicken into pieces and wash, soak in water for 30 minutes, cut the onion into large pieces, cut the green onion and ginger, and pat loosely

Add the washed chicken nuggets, stir fry until the chicken nuggets are discolored, cook the cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and continue to fry until the seasoning is evenly coated on the chicken nuggets

Add hot water, the amount of water is less than the chicken nuggets, bring to a boil on high heat, cover the lid, turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes, collect the juice until the soup is thick and serve
