Braised Chicken Nuggets with Lotus Root

Debone chicken legs, use kitchen scissors to help when deboning, it is easy to remove.

After removing the bones, the chicken legs are cut into small pieces, the lotus root is peeled and cut into small pieces, the green onion is cut into sections, the ginger is sliced, the red pepper is cut into pieces, and the shiitake mushrooms are washed and soaked.

Prepare spices and water-based seasonings, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and a little vinegar.

Pour the oil in the wok, fry the shallots and ginger slices, and pour the spices in the pan to make the shallots slightly paste.

Stir fry the chicken wings and change their color. Pour in the water-based seasoning and salt, sugar and pepper.

After the fried chicken nuggets, put the lotus root and shiitake mushrooms into an electric pressure cooker to start a chicken program.

Tips:
1. The processing method of chicken nuggets is flexible, and it can be cut into pieces, but I personally feel that it is more beautiful to eat without the bones.
2. For this type of stewed dishes, the soy sauce is mainly used for coloring, just moderate.
3. If you don't need a pressure cooker, you need to add water to stew, and finally collect the juice.
