I have eaten chicken plus a long time ago, and the deliciousness has always been in my memory. The chickens at that time were absolutely green food. They are not fed with feed like now, so the chicken racks look particularly delicious. I saw chicken racks on the market a few days ago. Thinking of the previous delicacy, I bought one and tried the braised sauce. Although it is not as good as the one I felt when I was young, it is still not bad. It puts a lot of seasonings and it is very tasty."

Braised Chicken Rack

1. Wash the chicken rack and cut into pieces, two shallots, and two red peppers.

2. Pour oil in the pot and cook for 70% hot. Add chili and green onions to stir fry for a spicy flavor.

3. Pour into the chicken racks and stir-fry on high heat.

4. Stir-fry until the chicken stand changes color and water comes out.

5. Season with soy sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, and add water to cover the chicken rack.

6. Cook on medium-high heat until the soup is thick.

7. Sprinkle chopped green onion and turn off the heat.

8. Serve out of the pot and serve.
