Braised Chicken Wings
1.
Prepare the approximate required materials. As shown in the figure.
2.
Wash the chicken wings. Two to three strokes were scored on both sides. Don't go too deep. Otherwise, the chicken wings are likely to be incomplete.
3.
Put the water in the pot so that the chicken wings can be submerged. Add a slice of ginger. Dried chili segments. Two garlic cloves. A pinch of table salt. Remove the control water after two minutes. The water I use here to save time is hot water.
4.
Take another bite of the pan. Pour the oil. Fry on low heat until chicken wings are golden on both sides.
5.
As shown in the figure. Fry the chicken wings.
6.
Then pour a little oil into the big pot again. Stir fragrant ginger slices. Dried chili shreds. One star anise. Add chicken wings. Add the water to the chicken wings.
7.
Add soy sauce. The fuel consumption is moderate. A little rock candy.
8.
Cover the pot and cook on high heat until the soup thickens. Collect the juice. Just install it.
9.
Some cucumber slices can be placed around the plate for decoration. If you feel tired, you can eat it. Sprinkle a little sesame on the chicken wings. Add green leaves to decorate and you're done.
