Braised Chicken Wings in Pepper Sauce

Main ingredients: chicken wings, pepper sauce

Wash the chicken wings and pierce some holes with a knife to make it easy to pickle and taste.

Pour the pepper sauce.

Add a little salt and oyster sauce, stir well.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for over 3 hours.

This is the marinated chicken wings.

Put the chicken wings into an electric pressure cooker.

Pour the marinade into the pot.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. Add salt and oyster sauce to supplement the seasoning.
