Braised Chicken Wings with Potatoes

Prepare a chicken wing.

Chop the middle wings and blanch them in a pot under cold water.

Heat slightly in the electric skillet, add the ginger slices and blanched chicken nuggets to the pot.

Cover and fry until the middle wings are slightly yellowish.

Then peel the potatoes and cut them over water, then fry them with the chicken wings.

Adjust a cooking wine soy sauce according to personal preference.

Cook until the ingredients are cooked and flavour, then add green garlic and chili for garnish.

Tips:
Chicken wings are fat and oily ingredients, so don't add oil when frying.
