With the pressure cooker, cooking is much easier. Once the ingredients are marinated, put them in the pot and start the program. Not only does it have less oily smoke, but the stew is very tasty~

Braised Chicken with Chestnuts

1. Materials ready

2. Rinse the star anise, slice the ginger, peel off the skin with garlic, wash the chicken and cut into small pieces

3. Mix the chicken with ginger garlic, star anise and all seasonings, mix well, marinate for a while

4. Then put the chestnuts into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker

5. Choose chicken as the ingredients. The cooking method is braised and stewed. The default time is 40 minutes and the pressure is 50.

6. After the program is over, open the lid, turn on the juice collection program, and stir with a spoon while collecting the juice

7. When the soup is almost dried, add some chopped green onion.

Tips:

1. The pressure cooker has a strong ability to lock water, so there is basically no need to add water;
2. Light soy sauce and dark soy sauce have enough salty taste. Basically, there is no need to add salt. If you like spicy taste, you can add some chili.
